Puppy DogWhen I started out in sales three decades ago the “Puppy Dog Close” was a tried and true sales technique.  Many of you reading this may have no idea what that means. It was one of 11 Closing Techniques I had to master as a sales trainee for a major manufacturer in upstate New York.

What is this silly Puppy Dog Close you speak of?
In short, if you can get your prospect to take your product home for a free trial, they’ll never return it. The old is new again in this day and age of free trials of software.

Sales professionals have been around for hundreds of years; and though we have new technology to streamline the process, the skills needed to establish a personal relationship with a prospect or client haven’t change. People still buy from those they Know, Like & Trust.  That’s the benefit of working with Sales with Sully because my approach is a ‘client-centric’ system that nurtures the personal connection with the client.
